Eshghe Tajamolati (Affection) tells the story of a character named Ayse (played by Burcu Özberk), a beautiful and kind woman in her twenties. Ayse is known for her selflessness and generosity. She prefers to stay out of the spotlight and is known for giving rather than taking.

Kerem (played by Caglar Ertugrul) is quite the opposite. He is a young, handsome, rich playboy who has everything he wants in life, aside from his father's respect. He's the type of man who has never needed to worry about what the future will bring since he has his wealth to rely on.
After defamatory accusations are spread about Ayse, she is forced to marry Kerem and her life is forever changed.
